Ivermectin Sars-Cov-2

Ivermectin Sars-cov-2. I was sick of ignorant people saying Ivermectin has “insufficient evidence” it works. I prepare this response complete with all scientific references. Feel free to copy and paste to those people who still don’t know. Hope it helps.

Ivermectin Sars-cov-2

Ivermectin is a 40 year old medicine. It’s discovery won its inventor’s the Noble Prize in medicine. Billions of doses has been given to humans safely. It is proven safe up to 10x the prescribed dose (1). It is widely used in veterinary medicine. It is a common overt-the-counter medicine in some countries used to treat parasite infections. When re-purposed to treat Covid 19, the scientific studies show that it works in the following ways (all references included below):

Video explanation of modes of operation from Dr Mobeen Syed:

1. It hinders the binding of the SARS-COV-2 spike protein with the ACE2 receptor on our cells.
2. It disrupts the RdRp enzyme of the virus reducing the viruse’s replication.
3. It disrupts the 3-chymotrypsin like protease enzyme of the virus, resulting in the reduction in virus replication.
4. It disrupts the importin alpha and beta of our cells. These proteins are used by the virus to send messages to our nucleus not to defend itself. Ivermectin disrupts these messages resulting in better cellular defense by our tissues.
5. As a result of all of the above, it PREVENTS and TREATS Covid 19.

6 Tips on How to Boost your Health to fight COVID-19

The World Health Organization recently released their tips on how to boost your health to fight Covid-19 and I wanted to share it with you.

There are a total of five tips and we’ll go over them one by one. (with one of my own at the end)

1️⃣. Eat a healthy and nutritious diet, which helps your immune system to function properly.

I know that we’re struggling with shortages and we’re not sure when our supplies will be consistent, but this is the most important tip of all. And this means that we should avoid eating only instant noodles, instant coffee, and canned goods unless we don’t have any other choice. A complete diet has a lot of vegetables, and some meats and carbs (like rice). If we can’t have a good amount of vegetables, I’d recommend taking multivitamins. This is more expensive than just having rice and sardines, but if there’s anything we should invest in, especially now – it’s our health. Health is wealth!

2️⃣. Limit your alcohol consumption, and avoid sugary drinks.

Yes, that means we should avoid things such as beer, Coca cola, instant coffee, and even most of the commercial juice packs that you can buy like Zest-o, Tang, and Milo. Even though a lot of the juices tout that they’re high in vitamin-c, what they don’t tell you is that they’re extremely high in sugar. So they actually do more harm than good. Stick with water or coffee and tea without added sugar.

3️⃣. Do not smoke, as smoking damages your lungs and can increase your risk of developing severe disease if you become infected with Covid-19. The Coronavirus primarily attacks the lungs, and smoking damages and makes your lungs weaker. So don’t smoke.

4️⃣. Exercise & Stay Active. WHO recommends 30 minutes of physical activity a day for adults, and one hour a day for children.

If you aren’t on lockdown, go on a walk or a run while maintaining social distancing. If you cannot leave the house, you can lookup exercise video on YouTube or find home exercise stuff. As we’re on quarantine, the tendency is for us to just stay on the couch or stay in bed. Stand up and exercise to get stronger. If you’re working from home, be sure to schedule walking breaks every 30 minutes and walk around the house for a bit.

5️⃣. Talk to others. The WHO said its normal to feel stressed, confused and scared during this pandemic. Talking to people you know and trust can help. Rather than just chatting I’d recommend either talking in person or calling people. It definitely helps.

6️⃣. Schedule distractions. My own recommendation is to schedule distractions. If we just sit around on social media all day, we become more paranoid, scared, and angry. Play video games, read books, watch Korean telenovelas on Netflix, or take online courses (like the VABootcamp). Things that can take our mind off the craziness that is going on in the world.

So there you have it, five tips on how to boost your health to fight the Coronavirus.

Help if you can, stay at home, and stay safe everyone!

Home-quarantine patients must update status via apps

PUTRAJAYA: Covid-19 patients who are allowed to undergo quarantine at home are required to self-regulate by updating their daily health status in the MySejahtera application.

According to the present protocol on Covid-19 case management, only Level One and Level Two patients below the age of 60 and free from any underlying health illness, as well as those depending on the assessment conducted by Covid-19 Assessment Centres (CACs), are allowed to undergo quarantine at home.

Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba said Level One patients referred to those who tested positive for Covid-19, but did not display any symptom, while Level Two patients referred to those with mild symptoms.

“They (Level One and Level Two patients) are required to update their daily health status via the MySejahtera app.

“In the event that their symptoms worsen, they can contact CACs or health district offices, or even call 999 if they require ambulance assistance.

“They can also go to the nearest CAC or health facilities (if their symptoms worsen and require further treatment),” he said yesterday.

Information entered in MySejahtera would be channelled to a health district office or CAC for further action, he said.

Under the present home quarantine procedures, the CAC would assess the size of the house and the number of occupants based on explanations from patients before allowing them to undergo treatment at their homes.

“Patients without any symptom and those who have mild symptoms, with underlying health illness, although they are below the age of 60, or if their house is regarded as unsuitable or without proper ventilation by the CAC, are required to undergo quarantine at the nearest available Low-Risk Treatment Centre.

“Therefore, patients must be honest and provide accurate information when they are assessed by the CAC to determine if they are allowed to undergo quarantine at home or otherwise,” said Dr Adham, adding that there were 216 CACs in the country.

Level One and Two patients, he said, could also voluntarily request to be admitted to the nearest Low-Risk Treatment Centre if they were concerned about the safety of family members living in the same house.

He said Level Two patients who displayed moderate symptoms and Level Three cases (patients with respiratory issues, such as pneumonia) would be admitted to Low-Risk Treatment Centres.

Level Four patients, referring to those who have developed inflammation in the lungs, and Level Five patients (those in the late stages of the illness and require ventilator support), would be admitted to the nearest hospitals for treatment.

Dr Adham also said the Health Ministry would investigate claims by people, particularly family members of Covid-19 patient, on social media.

They claimed that they did not receive wristbands when undergoing quarantine as close contacts to a Covid-19 patient, and that health authorities were late in their response to family members’ urgent inquiries and concerns.

“We will investigate the matter. If it is true and that we can identify where the issue had occurred, the respective PKD would be instructed to take the necessary action,” said Dr Adham.
