HOW TO DETOX THE *V A XX* SAFELY IN 7 STEPS
You won’t hear this on mainstream news – there is a detox method available to rid the body of V A XX ingredients. Doing this detox is not easy, but is necessary to regain optimum health.
V A XX harmful ingredients can be eliminated from the bloodstream if a proper fast and detox is followed exactly as described below. How far would you go to be healthy? If you can’t do all 7, do as many as you can!
Step 1.) Seven days of water fasting, no food, no coffee, no solids, and no medications unless they keep you alive. You must drink 8 to 12 bottles of water per day evenly spread over your awake state for a full 7 days. Do NOT exercise, stress, or over work the body during this 7 day water fast, you must remain in a resting state to detox correctly.
Step 2.) Drink concentrated dandelion powder every day for 30 days. You will do this immediately following the 7 day water fast as solid food is reintroduced slowly. After 30 days continue to drink once a week at minimum. Dandelions are a hidden cure loaded with antioxidants, Vitamin A, C, and K. These vitamins help to support a healthier immune system, maintain bone health, and regulate blood clotting – all key factors to monitor after the VA XX has made it into the bloodstream.
Step 3.) Glutathione is the body’s master detoxifier – a substance most people have never heard of before, and for very good reason. This powerful antioxidant prevents oxidative damage caused by reactive oxygen species such as free radicals, peroxides, lipid peroxides, and heavy metals. Take 250mg once daily up to 600 mg daily, do not exceed dosage – more is not better for any natural cure. Glutathione also detoxes the aftermath of chemtrails and heavy metals from our water, air, and food.
Step 4.) Eat organic sunflower and apple seeds daily. Apple seeds, not the apple itself, contains a compound called ursolic acid, which is a phytochemical that is antibacterial, anti-protozoal (which means it helps fight parasites), anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor. An apple SEED a day does keep the Dr. away. Sunflower seeds have potent antibacterial activity and help in effectively removing bacteria and germs from cells.
Step 5.) Make sure your drinking water is PH balanced at 7.0 or higher. To determine what PH your favorite bottled water is, go on YouTube and type in “bottled water PH test”.
Step 6.) Do not wear sunscreen or sunglasses ever again – make sure you receive at least 30 minutes of sun daily over your entire body.
Step 7.) Do not take medications, vaXX or Flu shots – all of which suppress the body’s natural immune system and slows the healing process. Avoiding stress is key to a healthy detox, avoid negative people and situations – TURN OFF THE NEWS.
Repeat the process, do a 7 day water fast once a year. Can you imagine never changing the oil in your car? What would happen if you never cleaned the air filter or changed your cars oil? After a few years, your car would be shot! Your body must be cleaned yearly – or you will suffer the consequences just as a neglected car would!
